AB-SOLUTION
You've spent the last few years wearing a dip into your sofa, now it's payback time! A short, intense session introducing fun but effective toning for the tummy

AEROBICS
An ever popular high energy class that will have your body moving in every direction: Guaranteed to burn calories and leave you feeling pleasantly exhausted

BODY CONDITIONING
This class uses matwork, studio weights and your own body weight to tone your body

BOXING PADWORK
A short, intense session offering an introduction and advice on the use of pads and sparring techniques: This is a great session for couples or to try with your mates::: and it's definitely not just for blokes!

CARDIAC/PULMONARY REHABILITATION
A class for those with cardiac and severe hypertensive conditions, that helps rebuild strength, stamina and confidence

CHI BALL
The Chi Ball method is based on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and incorporates a synergy of six ancient and modern exercise philosophies to promote balance and wellbeing: Thai Chi, Dance, Yoga, Pilates, Feldenkrais and Meditation: It integrates TCM theaory of yin and yang, chi and the meridian system

A tough workout using cardio and resistance training, guaranteed to push you to the limits

CRECHE
Twice a week (Mondays and Thursdays 9:30am-11:30am) we offer a 2-hour creche session for children ages 6 months to 5 years old: Places are limited and must be booked in advance: The cost is £3 for the first child and £1 for any subsequent children

FITBALL WORKOUT
Fitballs are particularly effective at targeting the core muscles of the body that improve posture and tone because they provide an inherently unstable platform: The class will provide a fun, varied workout, improving balance and strength

FIT CHICK WORKOUT
A great workout for ladies that want to target those hard-to-tone areas: Focusing on the whole body but with special attention to the bum, core and arms

FIT CHICK EXPRESS
Same as the Fit Chick Workout, but for the busy girl with things to do and people to see

FITNESS GAMES
Get back in touch with your youthful side and add a bit of fun into your workouts with a range of challenging and effective fitness games: Suitable for people of all ages and abilities, so don't be shy, give it a try!

HOT TOTS

MUSCLE UP
For the guy who wants to bulk up, this session will offer advice on the basic principles of weight training for muscle growth: The session will help with spotting and effective resistance training

PILATES
Pilates focuses on building the body's core strength and improving your posture through a serious of low repetition low impact stretching and conditioning exercises: Classes will develop these muscles and flexibility without adding bulk

THE ABS LAB

THE MIX
