When attending a class it is vital that you are on time, you may be refused entry if you have missed the warm up, this is for your own health and safey.
Spinning
An effective calorie burning class. Cycling with a twist. Fantastic, motivating instructors teamed with great music.
Abs Classes
Short classes targeting that all important area.
Pure Step / Dance Step
Workout with funky step moves and fun routines. A great fat burner and leg toner.
Boxing
Using the principles of boxing fitness to achieve amazing goals & boost your confidence. A great class for guys and girls.
New Body / LBT
Aerobics based class that includes plenty of toning to keep the body in shape. Excellent for all levels, from beginners to advanced.
Dance Aerobics
Dance the night away with this funky dance aerobics class.
Pump
Non-impact, resistance training using barbells and adjustable weights. Working all major muscle groups in a series of specific exercises to strengthen and tone.
Swiss Ball
Using stability balls, toning and conditioning all muscle groups with a special emphasis on the core, abs and back.
Tai Chi
Balancing the body & mind with graceful martial arts. Learn breathing techniques & moves to Tai Chi to aid agility, balance and muscle tone.
Yoga
Relax, stretch, strengthen & tone. All subtle yet challenging positions whilst controlling breathing and focusing the mind.
Pilates
Using subtle and controlled movements to strengthen abs, back and postural muscles. Helps correct bad posture and lengthens muscles.
Old Skool Hi/Lo
An aerobic based dance class with high and low impact moves created over a period of weeks. Brilliant for those of you who enjoy old school style aerobics.
Mind And Body
Relaxation and meditation class. Allow yourself to unwind and forget all your troubles.
Zumba
A fusion of Latin and international music. A great interval training experience.
Pole Fitness
