New Weekly Seminar Programme
This March will see the introduction of our new weekly seminar programme. We believe we are the first health and fitness club to offer such service and strongly believe it will benefit all our members, both new and experienced.
Having run this club for over a decade, I have seen many people start out on the path to healthier more active lifestyle only to give up after all the hard work and commitment they previously expended. More often than not, this failure is not due to the fact that a healthier lifestyle is no longer important; it is simply that they cannot devote the time to an exercise routine that has become stale and boring and the benefits of which they do not fully appreciate.
Most people come to the club with an expectation of what equipment they are going to use and what impact this will have on their health and appearance. Often these goals are unrealistic and the exercise undertaken is not best suited to the target. Our weekly seminar programme aims to educate our members and maximise the benefit of their membership. The new programme will be advertised on the club website shortly and you will be able to book into these sessions in much the same way as you currently do for a class.
Generally you would not need to attend a session anymore than once as they will repeat each week. However if the programme proves successful we will look to supplement the timetable with new sessions. As always, we would welcome any constructive feedback and suggestions for future sessions. I sincerely you hope you take the time to attend these sessions, as I can assure you they will change your understanding of exercise and diet.
