New Studio Programme
This February sees the launch of the largest and most diverse group training programme we have ever offered. There are over 100 sessions every week most of which are included totally free as part of the club membership.
The opening of the new functional and spin studios has allowed us to greatly extend the range of classes. Some of the exciting new classes include Zumba, Pole Fitness, TRX and kettlebell circuits. We will be offering some taster sessions over the coming weeks to try to promote these sessions. I would strongly urge anyone who is bored or disillusioned with their current exercise routine to give them a try. Please don’t assume these are just for the very fit or very confident, give them a try. All ages and ability levels can be accommodated and will everyone will benefit greatly from the change.
Most of the old favourite still remain, however there have been some minor changes to time slots to allow us to fit everything in. We accept that some of these changes may cause some temporary inconvenience as you adjust to them, but ask all our members to be understanding.
The Pole Fitness will be commencing in early March as the girls need time to learn the routines they’ll be teaching you. They are still nursing the bruises and blisters they picked up after 16 hours of training over the weekend.
We genuinely hope you will all enjoy the new classes as much as we have enjoyed learning them. There are some new instructors on the programme, so please give them your supports. We are all keen to start delivering the new classes and would welcome any constructive feedback. Enjoy your new fitness challenges and expect to discover some new muscles!! It’s not always going to be easy, but enjoy the challenge
