Why test?
Benchmarking your fitness is essential to your progression.
How do you know if you achieving your goals if you aren't measuring yourself?
Not only do the assessments make sure you are heading in the right direction but they give you motivation, structure and purpose to your training.
What included?
The fitness assessment includes the following components:

This is also a chance to ask a personal trainer about your currenly training programme and what changes can be made to help you achive more in the gym
How Much?
Fitness assessments are £15 per person which includes goal setting and guidance on your training.
When?
Fitness assessments are generaly conducted between 11am - 1pm on the first saturday of every month:
On saturday's at 11am unless stated:
May 1st
June 5th
July 3rd
Aug 14th
